Create a free account by signing in with your email. Pricing unlocks as soon as you are in; each product shows a live quote by size and quantity with the per-piece price on every tier. 2. Pick products, sizes and quantities and add them to the cart. Print files are attached when you add an item (PDF preferred; AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIF or PSD up to 20 MB), or emailed after ordering with the order number. 3. Every uploaded file gets a browser-side file check before checkout: size against the ordered size, 1/8 inch bleed, resolution at print size (300 dpi for small pieces, 100 dpi for large-format signs and banners), CMYK versus RGB, embedded fonts and page count, shown as a press proof with trim, bleed and safe-area lines. 4. Two-sided items take a back file or a two-page PDF. "Design it for me" is available on every product: a designer lays out the piece from a written brief, a proof is emailed within 24 to 48 hours, and three rounds of revisions are included. Basic file fixes (resizing, adding bleed, RGB to CMYK, outlining fonts) are offered when the file check finds problems. 5. Items marked "Pricing on request" are priced by email at sales@print.doctor. 6. Price promise: prices are set against the national printers (Sticker Mule, VistaPrint, Staples and the like). A customer who finds the same product (same size, quantity, material, finish, sides, comparable turnaround, delivered price) at a lower publicly listed price from an established US printer can send it to sales@print.doctor before ordering; the shop matches it and takes up to 10% more off, never below its own cost.
